Trying crystal healing for the first time can come with a lot of questions. What actually happens? Do you need to know anything about crystals? Are you supposed to feel something?
An in-home crystal healing session with Ignivar is a non-touch experience where crystals are placed at selected energy points on your clothed body or around you while you rest in a quiet environment. You don't need any previous experience with crystals or spiritual practices to participate.
The purpose isn't to make you feel something specific. It's to give you dedicated time to slow down, be present, and reconnect with yourself.
Before Your Session
Because Ignivar comes to you, you don't have to travel to a studio.
Before your appointment, choose a comfortable area in your home where you'll be able to lie down and have some uninterrupted time. You don't need to completely rearrange your home or create a special spiritual space.
Comfortable clothing is recommended so you can relax during the session.
If you have questions or concerns, you can bring them up before we begin.
What Happens When I Arrive?
We'll start with a brief conversation about the session you selected and what you can expect.
If you've chosen a personalized experience such as Crystal RX, we'll also talk about what you'd like to focus on during your time.
I'll prepare the crystals and explain the process before we begin so you're not left wondering what's happening.
Where Are the Crystals Placed?
Crystal placement depends on the session you choose.
Some Ignivar sessions use crystals at selected energy points, while others use a more complete layout along the body's main energy points. Crystals may be placed on your clothed body or positioned around you.
Ignivar sessions are non-touch. I do not physically manipulate or massage your body during the session.
What Am I Supposed to Do During the Session?
You don't need to perform, meditate correctly, clear your mind, or try to make anything happen.
This is your time.
You can close your eyes, breathe normally, and allow yourself to rest. If thoughts come up, that's okay too. Being present doesn't mean your mind has to become completely silent.
Will I Feel the Energy From the Crystals?
There is no particular sensation you're expected to experience.
Everyone's experience is different. Some people may feel deeply relaxed. Others notice how quickly the time passes. Some may simply enjoy having uninterrupted quiet time.
You may also not notice anything unusual at all.
At Ignivar, the goal isn't to convince you that you should feel an energy or produce a particular response. The crystals are part of an environment created to encourage you to slow down and give yourself time to reconnect.
Do I Need to Believe in Crystal Healing?
No.
You don't need to believe in crystals, understand energy points, or already have a spiritual practice.
You're welcome to approach the experience simply because you're curious.
Crystal healing is generally understood as a complementary spiritual or wellness practice. Claims that crystals possess specific healing energies are based on spiritual traditions and personal beliefs rather than established scientific evidence.
How Long Does a Session Last?
Ignivar offers different session lengths depending on the experience you choose.
Mini Reset is a shorter 30-minute introduction. Several sessions offer more time for a fuller experience, while Inner Compass is a 90-minute session combining crystals with oracle guidance for reflection and personal insight.
Each session page lists its duration and what is included so you can choose the experience that feels appropriate for you.
What Happens After the Session?
There's no particular way you're supposed to feel afterward.
You might feel relaxed, quiet, reflective, or simply ready to continue your day. Your experience belongs to you, and you don't need to interpret every feeling or sensation.
Give yourself a moment before jumping immediately back into everything else if your schedule allows.
