Return and Refund Policy for Ignivar Crystal Healing
Effective Date: May 28, 2026
1. Services (Healing Sessions)
- Completed Sessions: All completed crystal healing sessions are non-refundable. Once the service has been performed, the fee is considered earned.
- Cancellations (24+ Hours): Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations (Late/No-Show): Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or "no-shows" at the time of the scheduled visit are non-refundable to cover travel costs and lost booking time.
2. Physical Products (All Sales Final)
At Ignivar Crystal Healing, we take great care in selecting and clearing each stone for our clients. Due to the unique nature of these items and the energetic work involved:
- No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales of physical products—including individual crystals, healing kits, jewelry, and apothecary items—are final.
- Selection: We encourage clients to review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, as we do not accept returns based on a change of mind or personal preference.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, we want you to be happy with your tools.
- Damaged on Arrival: If a product is damaged during shipping or delivery, please email a photo of the item and packaging to ignivar.align@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: At our discretion, we will provide a replacement of the same item or a store credit for the value of the damaged goods.
