Terms and Conditions for Ignivar Crystal Healing

1. Service Description
Ignivar Crystal Healing provides mobile, 1-on-1 crystal healing sessions. These sessions involve placing crystals on a client while they are laying down. Our services are for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
2. Travel & Service Area
- Location: Services are provided at the client's provided address within the Los Angeles area.
- Parking: Clients are responsible for providing a safe and legal parking space for the practitioner. If paid parking (meters/valet) is required, the cost will be added to the service total.
- Environment: The client must provide a clean, quiet space large enough to accommodate a professional massage table (approx. 3' x 7').
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To respect the logistical planning required for a traveling business, the following applies:
- 24-Hour Rule: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
- No-Shows: If the practitioner arrives at the location and is unable to gain access or the client is not present, the full-service fee will be charged.
- Late Arrival: If the practitioner is delayed due to LA traffic, the full session time will still be provided. If the client is late starting, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
4. Health & Liability Waiver
By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Not Medical Advice: Crystal healing is a complementary therapy. I understand the practitioner does not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatments, or prescribe substances.
- Physical Contact: I consent to the practitioner placing crystals on my body and understand that this is a non-sexual wellness service.
- Release of Liability: The client releases Ignivar Crystal Healing from any liability regarding personal injury or property damage occurring during the visit, except in cases of gross negligence.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Website Booking: Payments processed through the website are required to secure your time slot.
- Refunds: Completed sessions are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution.
6. Right to Refuse Service
The practitioner reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if they feel unsafe, or if the environment is unsanitary or professional boundaries are crossed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
