Important California Disclosure
The practitioner is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, chiropractor, physical therapist, nurse, or other California licensed healing arts practitioner, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Crystal healing and energy work are complementary wellness practices. These services are not licensed by the State of California and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Education & Training
The practitioner has completed education, self-study, and professional training in crystal healing, energetic wellness, meditation, and holistic practices.
Information regarding education, training, experience, or certifications is available upon request.
Not Medical or Mental Health Care
Ignivar does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or licensed healthcare services.
Clients should continue working with their licensed healthcare providers regarding any medical or mental health concerns.
- No diagnosis is provided.
- No prescription or medication advice is given.
- No psychotherapy or counseling is provided.
- No medical treatment is performed.
- Clients should never discontinue prescribed treatment without consulting their healthcare provider.
No Guarantee of Results
Every individual experiences wellness practices differently.
Ignivar makes no guarantees regarding physical healing, emotional outcomes, financial success, relationship improvements, spiritual experiences, or energetic changes. Any discussions of potential benefits are based upon traditional holistic beliefs and personal experiences and should not be interpreted as medical or scientific claims.
Client Responsibilities
- Participation is voluntary.
- You accept responsibility for your own health and well-being.
- You agree to communicate any physical limitations before your session.
- You understand these services are complementary wellness services.
Booking Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client and begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment without reducing the session fee.
Cancellation Policy
- 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- If Ignivar must cancel your appointment, you may choose either a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Refunds are considered only at the sole discretion of Ignivar where extraordinary circumstances exist. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided under applicable California law.
Confidentiality
Information shared during your session will be treated respectfully and confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or where there is an immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or another person.
Physical Contact
Some services may involve the placement of crystals on or near the body while clients remain fully clothed.
Physical contact is always optional and may be declined or withdrawn at any time.
Health & Safety
Clients experiencing contagious illness, fever, flu-like symptoms, or other communicable conditions should reschedule their appointment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in complementary wellness services.
Ignivar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or economic damages arising from participation in crystal healing sessions, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
Minors may receive services only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian and in accordance with applicable California law.
Los Angeles County & California Compliance
Ignivar operates in accordance with applicable California law governing complementary and alternative health care practitioners, applicable Los Angeles County health and safety requirements, California consumer protection laws, and applicable federal and state accessibility requirements.
Client Consent
By booking a session with Ignivar, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this disclosure.
- You understand crystal healing is a complementary wellness practice.
- You understand these services are not medical or psychological treatment.
- You understand the practitioner is not a California licensed healing arts practitioner unless otherwise stated.
- You understand no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
- You voluntarily consent to receive services from Ignivar.
- You agree to the booking, cancellation, refund, and privacy policies of Ignivar.
